RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
JULY 19, 2021 TO REVIEW THE PROPOSED FUNDING
RECOMMENDATIONS SET FORTH BY THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BOARD FOR THE FY 2022 ONE-YEAR
ACTION PLAN, FOR THE CDBG AND HOME PROGRAM
FUNDS, FOR THE WATERLOO/CEDAR FALLS
CONSORTIUM, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council
Chambers in the City Hall, City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 19th day of July, 2021, for
the purpose of considering and acting upon proposed funding recommendations set forth by the
Community Development Board, for the FY 2022 One -Year Action Plan for the CDBG and
HOME program funds, for the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Consortium.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
