RESOLUTION NO. 2021-467
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY 2022 ASPHALT EMULSIONS FOR THE CITY'S
RECYCLED ASPHALT PAVING PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Public Works Division Manager of said City to prepare and file specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2022 Asphalt Emulsions for the City's Recycled
Asphalt Paving Program, and
WHEREAS, said City Public Works Division Manager did file said plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2022 Asphalt Emulsions for the City's
Recycled Asphalt Paving Program, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on July 6, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY
2022 Asphalt Emulsions for the City's Recycled Asphalt Paving Program, are hereby approved,
and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July 2021.
