RESOLUTION APPROVING A VIDEO WALL
PROCUREMENT AGREEMENT WITH RADIO
COMMUNICATIONS/RC SYSTEMS OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE TRAFFIC CONTROL ROOM
PROJECT (IOWA DOT GRANT PROJECT NUMBER STP-U-
8155(755)--70-07 ), IN THE AMOUNT OF $82,596.52, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Procurement Agreement with Radio Communications/RC Systems of Waterloo, Iowa, in
conjunction with the Traffic Control Room Project (Iowa DOT grant project number STP-U-
8155(755)--70-07 ), in the amount of $82,596.52, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July 2021.
