RESOLUTION NO. 2021-473
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENGINEERING SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH SHIVE-HATTERY, INC., OF CEDAR
RAPIDS, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH W. 9TH AND
SOUTH STREET INTERSECTION ROUNDABOUT PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Engineering Services Agreement, dated July 6, 2021 between Shive-Hattery Inc. and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $46,000, in conjunction with the W. 9th and South
Street Intersection Roundabout Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of July 2021.
