o0 WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure

c>orruction of the 2004 Maywood Park Restroom Project, in the
. of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and

codered the same.

c NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATam-ERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
