spers if tions, form of contract, etc . , for the 18th Street
Br± gen Approach and Roadway Project , Contract No. 622 , STP-U-
8155 (6 -70-07 , BRM-8155 (650) -8N-07 , RM-8155 (654)-8D-07, which
were preliminarily approved on January 26, 2004 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on February
16 , 2004 , and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost , etc . , be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 2004 .
