H EMEAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
of aWaterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment to the "S-1"

MEAS, a public hearing was held on February 16, 2004 , at
5 : 30 ,.t. m'. , at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment ,
and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a site plan amendment to the "S-1"
Shopping Center Commercial District for Kimco Realty for property
generally located at 2715 Crossroads Boulevard for the purpose of
redevelopment of the former Big K site, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 2004 , and
approved by the Mayor this 18th day of February, 2004 .
