RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
s S ACQUISITION CONTRACT TO SELL REAL PROPERTY TO
7 THE CITY AND ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN

b WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel
4 pperibed herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

s o WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel
c .s necessary to allow for the expansion of Pioneer Graphics .
tthe�.b NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
STY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcel
, 'xeinafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo,
411 of which is situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
clianty, Iowa, is accepted and approved and the Mayor and City
Rrk is authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of
t1-1,e City and to execute all instruments necessary to consummate
agreement to sell the property, and the deed for the
4ilaveyance of the same is also accepted and approved and the City
ofZ-' Waterloo is directed to pay for the property and the incidental
penses necessary to the consummation of the sale .
The subject parcel is :
Stevens Family Trust, Owner
Total Acquisition - $1 . 00
Lot 7 in Leavitt Lusch and Miller Subdivision of Lot 6
and 7 in Blk 17 of the Original Plat of Waterloo West,
all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 2004 .
