o s GREEN COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
o BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
c) gat the Agreement dated February 9, 2004 for Consulting Services
at'a cost not to exceed $265, 000 . 00 using Brownfield' s Assessment

Chamberlain Manufacturing site, by and between Howard R. Green
Goirpany of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
