RESOLUTION NO. 2004-49
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
ACQUISITION CONTRACTS, PERMANENT AND
TEMPORARY EASEMENT AGREEMENTS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR.
WHEREAS, the acquisition contracts and easement agreements
of the hereinafterdescribed parcels are necessary to carry out
the 18th Street Bridge Approach and Roadway Project .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the acquisition contracts and
permanent and temporary easement agreements for the parcels
hereinafter described, all of which are situated in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the same in behalf of the City.
