H WHEREAS, a public hearing,g, upon notice, was held on January
M102004, for the proposed Amendment to the Section 108 Loan
o ( uarAntee Application, which was submitted to the U. S . Department
afnIiOusing and Urban Development for the Cedar Valley Riverfront
Aessance Project, and no objections were made .

n 0 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATFLOO, IOWA, that the proposed Amendment to the Section 108
I art. Guarantee Application, which was submitted to the U. S .
