'ec 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
� rnF �at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
4 g30 p.m. on the 26th day of January, 2004 , for the
Apo 4f considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and
cqn cp-perty generally located along Chestnut Street, just
�TTc?gan Avenue for construction of four new homes to
s)ev t oby Jr. , and legally described as follows :

Also; that part of Lots 13 , 14 , and 15 of Auditor
Rainbow' s Logan Avenue and Belt Line Plat lying South

West to the Chicago Central Railroad right-of-way;
Also, Lot 59 of Morris Case Addition lying Easterly of
the Chicago Central Railroad right-of-way; all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa,

Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
