N2 EREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY -OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcel
he - i sifter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo,
all Hp' ', which is situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, is accepted and approved and the Mayor and City
Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of
the City and to execute all instruments necessary to consummate
the agreement to sell the property, and the deed for the
conveyance of the same is also accepted and approved and the City
of Waterloo is directed to pay for the property and the incidental
expenses necessary to the consummation of the sale .

Total Acquisition - $350, 000 . 00
Relocation Costs - $20, 000 . 00
Hayes Addition all Block 15 also vacated alley through
Block 15 except beginning at a point on Southerly line
Lot 1 that is 73 feet Northeasterly of the most
Southerly corner Lot 1 thence Northeasterly along
Southerly line to Easterly corner Lot 1 thence
Northwesterly to Northerly corner Lot 5 thence
Southwesterly along Northwesterly line Lot 5 12 . 4 feet
thence Southerly to point of beginning, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
