H > WHEREAS, Church of the Open Bible, 928 Jefferson Street, is
c holding an outdoor event to be held at lower Gates Park on August
T214 , 2004, from 10 : 00 a.m. to 9 : 00 p.m. , and
H WHEREAS, said outdoor event will include a three on three
basketball tournament on August 12 and 13 , 2004 using a sound
system and live bands playing on August 14, 2004 which will
- ceed the limits of the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Church of the Open Bible, 928 Jefferson
`reet, has made formal application for a variance effective from
000 a.m. to 9 : 00 p.m. on August 12-14 , 2004 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ERLOO, IOWA that the request of Church of the Open Bible, 928
3ferson Street, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094 , Noise
d`dinance, will include a three on three basketball tournament on
August 12 and 13 , 2004 using a sound system and live bands
playing on August 14 , 2004 at lower Gates Park in conjunction
with outdoor event, from 10 : 00 a.m. to 9 : 00 p.m. on August 12-14,
2004, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 2004 .
