RESOLUTION NO. 2004-528 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH RONALD ERNE FOR TAX EXEMPTIONS ON IMPROVEMENTS TOTALING $43 , 990 . 00 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2955 LAFAYETTE STREET IN THE CONSOLIDATED URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA PLAN, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
