wWHEREAS, United Beverages, Inc . has paid the City of

0 < NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W1a4RLOO, IOWA, that the Satisfaction and Release of Loan
Agreement dated August 9, 2004 , with United Beverages, Inc . , for
fulr` payment of IDR bond, be and the same is hereby approved and
the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 2004 .
