t1in WHEREAS, said outdoor church service activity exceeds the

of the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said Reverend Helen Seenster and Shandra Mitchell
dire made formal application for a variance to the Noise
cdinance, Ordinance No. 3094, effective August 22, 2004, from

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
;:WA ERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Reverend Helen Seenster and
8handra Mitchell for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise
,Oinance, in conjunction with outdoor church services to be held
on. Wellington Street from West 2nd Street to West 1st Street,
including a P.A. system and music, on August 22 , 2004, from 8 : 00
a.m. to 6 : 00 p.m. , be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2004 .
