HEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
apeoications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2005
Salk Repair Assessment Program - Zone 4 , known as Contract
Nd=: ;_679, which were preliminarily approved on July 26, 2004, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August
16, 2004 , and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the F.Y. 2005 Sidewalk Repair
Assessment Program - Zone 4 , known as Contract No. 679, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2004 .
