form of contract, etc . , for the purchase of Outdoor Public Warning

hive been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
trescribed by statute .

} o� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
0 TERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
€:i's so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
be constructed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
