tr+ l WHEREAS, on August 16, 2004 , at 5 : 30 p.m. in the City Hall
oiicil Chambers a public hearing was held by the City of
pdt rloo concerning the Sergeant Road Recreational Trail,
Eencract No. 668, NRT-NT03 (7)-9G-07, STP-E-8155 (670)-8F-07, and
F' WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed
ecnstruction of said project .
H o BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tllat• this project may proceed to the letting and awarding of this
cOritract .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be hereby
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa
Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2004 .
