> H RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated August 16, 2004, for grant in the amount
of $375, 630 . 00 for funding of rehabilitation of Runway 12/30,
2J replacing airfield signs and replacing 2/3 of concrete apron, with
4z, percent of project to be funded with Passenger Facility Program
funds at the Waterloo Municipal Airport, by and between the
Federal Aviation Administration, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
by and the same is hereby approved.
