BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-1- that the amendment to the Architectural & Engineering Agreement at
ru ' ;-,..cost of $138 , 500 . 00 dated August 16, 2004, to design and

reconstruction of additional commercial apron area, with 5
