WHEREAS, Grout Museum District has requested that they be
4 owed to hold Tall Grass Prairie Brewfest on September 18, 2004
from 4 : 00 p.m. to 10 : 00 p.m. at Soldier' s & Sailors Park and Cedar
Street from 4th to 5th Streets.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
ITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Grout Museum District
toy-- hold Tall Grass Prairie Brewfest on September 18, 2004 from
