WHEREAS, Angie Petsche, Troy Marquette, Mike Dean and Heather

iH NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Angie Petsche, Troy Marquette,
