oi O o WHEREAS, Jim Koch, 2720 Jasmine Drive, is having a block
party to be held on Jasmine Drive between Orange Road and Dysart
Road, including a DJ playing music, and
WHEREAS, said music will exceed the limits of the Noise
Rrdinance, Ordinance No. 3094 , and
WHEREAS, said Jim Koch, 2720 Jasmine Drive, has made formal
application for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
,3094, on September 4, 2004 from 10 : 00 a.m. to 10 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
41ATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Jim Koch, 2720 Jasmine Drive,
for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, on
September 4 , 2004 , from 10 : 00 a.m. to 10 : 00 p.m. , be and the same
1'aereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 2004 .
