t on 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
•40 ab; E..5 : 30 p.m. on the 20th day of September, 2004, for the
*p‘o. f considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a
accrtaon -otri sidewalk generally located along Washington Street east
S • %enue, and legally described as follows :

strip Q zhecxity sidewalk lying Southwesterly of and adjacent
to tiots 6, 7, and 8 Block 16 of Original Plat of
Waterloo West, and also vacating the city sidewalk
lying Southwesterly of and adjacent to the ten foot
strip (formerly Park Avenue Right-Of-Way) that lies
Northwesterly of and adjacent to Lot 6 Block 16 of said
addition, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 2004 .
