WHEREAS, the CityCouncil previously instructed Leisure
vices Director to prepare and file plans, specifications, form

tiH WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,

cc� s, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

.- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
