RESOLUTION NO. 2021-499
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH RITLAND+KUIPER OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $44,900, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE
SERVICES FOR THE WATERLOO RIVER LIGHTING
PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 19, 2021, between Ritland+Kuiper of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $44,900 in
conjunction with landscape architecture services for the Waterloo River Lighting Project, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July 2021.
