RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY/STATE FUNDING
AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION RISE FUNDING, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$1,723,952, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2022 11TH
STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENT RISE PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 1013, WITH CITY MATCHING FUNDS OF
$950,000, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the City/State Funding Agreement between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $1,723,952, in conjunction with the FY 2022 l lth
Street Bridge replacement RISE Project, Contract No. 1013, with City matching funds of
$950,000, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July 2021.
