RESOLUTION NO. 2021-502
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH TERRACON CONSULTANTS, INC., OF
CEDAR FALLS, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$37,900, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE HAWTHORNE
AVENUE STORM SEWER PUMPING STATION RELIEF
WELLS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 19, 2021, between Terracon Consultants,
Inc., of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, in an amount not to exceed $37,900, in
conjunction with the Hawthorne Avenue Storm Sewer Pumping Station Relief Wells, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July 2021.
