RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCE TO NOISE
ORDINANCE REQUEST FROM KRYSTAL MADLOCK ON
BEHALF OF ANTIOCH BAPTIST CHURCH, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE ANTIOCH BAPTIST CHURCH BLOCK PARTY, TO
BE HELD AT 426 SUMNER STREET ON AUGUST 14, 2021,
FROM 2:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M., INCLUDING FOOD, GAMES,
MUSIC AND THE USE OF A PA SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the Krystal Madlock on behalf of Antioch Baptist Church has requested to
hold the Antioch Baptist Church block party event August 14, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. — 6:00 p.m.,
to be held at 426 Sumner Street, including food, games and music and the use of a PA system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Krystal Madlock, on behalf of Antioch Baptist Church,
to hold the Antioch Baptist Church block party event August 14, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. — 6:00
p.m., to be held at 426 Sumner Street, including food, games, music and the use of a PA system,
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July 2021.
