RESOLUTION NO. 2021-491
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND ACCEPTANCE OF WORK FOR WORK PERFORMED
BY COMMUNITY ELECTRIC, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $128,053.50, IN CONJUNCTION WITH
FY 2021 RIVERFRONT STADIUM ELECTRICAL REPAIR
PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1046.
WHEREAS, Community Electric, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2021 Riverfront Stadium Electrical Repair Project, Contract No. 1046,
and
WHEREAS, Community Electric, Inc., has completed the aforementioned project, in
accordance with the bid documents, specifications, form of contract, etc., as approved by Council
March 15, 2021, Resolution No. 2021-157, at a total cost of $131,500.00.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Community Electric, Inc., at a total cost of $131,500, in
conjunction with the FY 2021 Riverfront Stadium Electrical Repair Project, Contract No. 1046,
are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July 2021.
