RESOLUTION NO. 2021-492
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH
THE WATERLOO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $29,950, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR A SPORTS AND
RECREATION FACILITY, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Project Agreement with the Waterloo Development Corporation, in an amount not to
exceed $29,950, in conjunction with a Feasibility for a sports and recreation facility, is hereby
accepted and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July 2021.
