RESOLUTION NO. 2021-493
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH
THE WATERLOO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $44,900, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE DESIGN OF ENHANCEMENTS TO THE 4TH
STREET BRIDGE, CEDAR RIVER DAM AND
SURROUNDING AREA, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Project Agreement with the Waterloo Development Corporation, in an amount not to
exceed $44,900, in conjunction with the design of enhancements to the 4th Street Bridge, Cedar
River Dam and surrounding area, is hereby accepted and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July 2021.
