RESOLUTION NO. 2021-495
RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO SANDRY FIRE SUPPLY
OF DEWITT, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $406,144.85, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE
SCBA PLATFORM REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, Sandry Fire Supply of DeWitt, Iowa, submitted a bid in the amount of
$406,144.85, in conjunction with Waterloo Fire Rescue SCBA Platform Replacement Project,
and is the apparent low bidder, and
WHEREAS, Sandry Fire Supply submitted a written contract, bond and certificate of
insurance, per the specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said project with
Resolution No. 2021-365, in conjunction with Waterloo Fire Rescue SCBA Platform
Replacement Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA
1. That the bid of Sandry Fire Supply in the amount of $406,144.85, in conjunction with
Waterloo Fire Rescue SCBA Platform Replacement Project, is hereby awarded to Sandry
Fire Supply.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July 2021
