RESOLUTION APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH THE IOWA NORTHLAND
REGIONAL COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS, IN AN AMOUNT
NOT TO EXCEED $1,500 ,FOR PREPARATION OF A REAP
GRANT APPLICATION, TO BE USED FOR GREENBELT
LAKE IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, PHASE 2, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated July 19, 2021, between 1NRCOG and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed, $1,500, for grant writing services related to the
writing, preparation, and submittal of a REAP grant application, to be used for Greenbelt Lake
Improvements Project, Phase 2, and authorizing the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July 2021.
