RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $46,900, FOR SRF
COORDINATION AND CONSTRUCTION RELATED
SERVICES, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SANITARY
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PHASE IVA2 CIP PIPELINING
PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1043, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 19, 2021, between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, in an amount not to exceed $46,900,
for SRF coordination and construction related services, in conjunction with the Sanitary Sewer
Improvements Phase IVA2 CIP Pipelining Project, Contract No. 1043, is hereby approved, and
authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July 2021.
