RESOLUTION NO. 2021-498
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FY 2022 PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GROW CEDAR VALLEY, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $28,500, WITH $56,500 IN POTENTIAL
INCENTIVE FUNDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 19, 2021, between Grow Cedar Valley and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $28,500, with $56,500 in potential incentive funds,
funding GCV to advocate for the interests of business, industry and institutions operating in the
City of Waterloo, is hereby approved, and authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July 2021.
