v � E , WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
00 7heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City

to-; prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
fl1c _, for the Spring View Park Playground Equipment, in the City
to Wterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said

cke iminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for
tha Spring View Park Playground Equipment, which were
preliminarily approved on August 23 , 2004 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 7, 2004 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the Spring View Park Playground
Equipment, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2004 .
