RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE

a � ,c2 WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2004-588 , plans, specifications,
efz . , for the Spring View Park Playground Equipment, in the City
T (1' Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
e ter the hearing prescribed by statute .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance With said plans and
specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2004 .
