p#Ve •gpient, LLC, and legally described as follows :
The 14 foot wide alley as platted in Block 2 of Gates
Park Place that lies North of a line drawn from the
Southeast corner of Lot 11 Block 2 said addition to the
Southwest corner of Lot 12 Block 2 said addition, and
South of a line drawn from the Northeast corner of Lot
1 Block 2 said addition to the Northwest corner of Lot
22 Block 2 , all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
for $1 . 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
