Rf considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate an 8
SZDS i1tility easement generally located at 4750 Winghaven Drive

e of Lot 45 First Addition to Klingaman Knolls that
flies West of the Westerly line of Winghaven Drive and
east of the 8 foot platted easement that lies East of
and parallel to the West line of said Lot 45, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
