0 N t-j NC 1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVLED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Traffic Operations Department be and the
same hereby instructed to proceed with Stage I of the Traffic
Removal Process at the intersection of Baltimore Street and
Hawthorne Avenue, W. 9th Street and Hawthorne Avenue, W. 6th
Street and Mitchell Avenue, Lafayette Street and Adrian Street,
and Burton Avenue and Newton Street which includes :
1 . Perform signal warrant study.
2 . Post signs asking for public comments regarding
proposed removal of signals .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 2004 .
