RESOLUTION NO. 2004-624 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING ACQUISITION OF PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY EASEMENT AGREEMENTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR. WHEREAS, the easement agreements of the hereinafter described parcels are necessary to carry out the Ferguson Distribution Center Project . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the permanent and temporary easement agreements for the parcels hereinafter described, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in behalf of the City.
