RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR
PURCHASE OF 2005 AMBULANCE CHASSIS.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Fire
Chief, to prepare and file specifications, form of contract and
piminary estimate of cost, etc . , for Purchase of 2005 Ambulance
Chassis, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
speifications, and

WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has filed said specifications, form
o ' contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , and the
Ccil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.

iH t NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W ,ERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
