FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMA'1'E OF COST, ETC. , FOR

H o GAPES POOL RENOVATION AT A COST OF $95, 500.00.
o WHEREAS, the CityCouncil
previously instructed the Building
Official/Maintenance Administrator, to prepare and file
G specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc . , for Gates Pool Renovation at a cost of $95, 500 . 00, in the
i-, City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
t filed said specifications, form of contract and preliminary
P estimate of cost, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
'WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
c preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
preliminarily approved.
