CHURCH FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,

N c WHEREAS, Breath of Life Church is holding an outdoor event
oc ti 'be held in Lafayette Park on September 26, 2004 , from 5 : 00
pm. to 7 : 00 p.m. , and

W tJ C WHEREAS, said outdoor event will include a Christian band
``' performing which will exceed the limits of the Noise Ordinance,
Ordinance No. 3094, and
o -, WHEREAS, said Breath of Life Church has made formal
aft4ication for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No.
3094, effective September 26, 2004 , from 5 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Breath of Life Church for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance, in conjunction
with a Christian band performing on September 26, 2004, from 5 : 00
p.m. to 7 : 00 p.m. , be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 2004 .
