RESOLUTION NO. 2004-636 RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "M-2, P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT FOR R & B ENTERPRISES, LTD. , CORP. FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BISHOP AVENUE AND MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DRIVE, JUST SOUTH OF THE NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING 95, 000 SQ. FT. OF NEW INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA. WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment to the "M-2 , P" Planned Industrial District for R & B Enterprises, LTD, Corp. for property generally located at the southwest corner of Bishop Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, just south of the Northeast Industrial Park for the purpose of constructing 95, 000 sq. ft . of new WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 20 , 2004 , at 5 : 30 p.m. , at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment, and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan amendment should be approved as proposed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a site plan amendment to the "M-2 , P" Planned Industrial District for R & B Enterprises, LTD, Corp . for property generally located at the southwest corner of Bishop Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, just south of the Northeast Industrial Park, for the purpose of constructing 95, 000 sq. ft . of new industrial buildings, be and the same is hereby approved.
