DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY

EBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
t a tthe Development Agreement dated September 20, 2004, for sale

approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa .
