� 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
sha;r1gTp6t -ekt City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowai, mit-4 5 30 p.m. on the 4th day of October, 2004 , for the
pur o considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate a 12
foot 1n of the 17 foot utility easement generally located at
3956 V Drive and legally described as follows :

q'heNorth 12 ' of that part of the 17' wide strip of
vacb`bed Huntington Road that lies Easterly of the
South' rly extension of the West line of Lot 165,
Central Heights Second Addition, and Westerly of the
Southerly extension of a line one foot West of and
parallel to the East line of said lot, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of September, 2004 .
